By accessing or using Decidend (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by Kontiv Solutions (Registration No. 003813924-K), registered in Malaysia.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Decidend is an HR decision intelligence platform designed to support HR professionals in managing employment decisions — including probation, performance management, disciplinary cases, and exit governance.

• Document generation and storage
• Manager access and collaboration tools

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. If registering on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service only for lawful HR governance purposes. The following are prohibited:

• Unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading use
• Interference with Service operation or security
• Unauthorised access attempts
• Processing personal data without proper authority
• Reverse engineering or decompiling the Service
• Uploading malware or malicious code

5. Data and Privacy

Our processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. You are responsible for obtaining necessary consents from individuals whose data you process through Decidend.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and all related software, designs, and content are owned by Kontiv Solutions. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. "Decidend" and "Kontiv" are trademarks of Kontiv Solutions.

7. Subscription and Payment

• Some features require a paid subscription
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
• Prices may change with reasonable notice
• Fees exclude applicable taxes
• Payments are non-refundable except where required by law

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Decidend does not provide legal or HR advice. AI features assist judgment but do not replace it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
